2003 West Coast Salsa Congress
May 19 - 26, 2003
When Albert
Torres Productions, Inc., (www.atpevents.com) the largest Salsa Music and Dance
promoter in the world needed a larger venue to host their growing
Salsa congress he hired Benjamin Rapoport and the Rapodesigns
production crew.
Our team created
and operated the largest Salsa Dance performance theatre venue in the world.
From design of the 2300 seat auditorium, to managing the
construction of the venue located in the parking lot adjacent to
the Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood California. Our team
also stage managed, lit, produced and directed the multi-camera
video production.
The 5th Annual
West Coast Salsa Congress was covered on all major news networks,
The L.A. times, L.A. Weekly and dozens of other media outlets.
This team knows dance, and how to organize and present 110 dance
teams, over 1000 performers visiting from 40 countries around the
world creating more then 10 hours of live entertainment... all
without a hitch.
